Jake's 1 Year Exam Stats
This morning Jacob had his one year exam. He is in great health or he is "perfect" according the doctor. His stats Height: 31 1/2 (93%) , Weight: 24.4 lbs (72%), Head measurement: 19"

Glad you recognize that he looks like Matthew. I can tell them apart but barely. He is looking great and getting really big.
